Guest, Google-linked, and Apple-linked users can use the same Settings flow.
가장 빠른 방법은 앱 설정에서 직접 삭제하는 것입니다. 비회원(익명), Google 연결 및 Apple 연결 계정 모두 같은 절차를 이용합니다.
Immediate in-app deletion / 앱 내 즉시 삭제
- Open PantryOrbit and tap the Settings gear. / PantryOrbit에서 설정(톱니바퀴)을 여세요.
- Select “Delete account and cloud data.” / “계정 및 클라우드 데이터 삭제”를 선택하세요.
- Review the warning and confirm. A linked provider may require recent sign-in verification. / 경고를 확인하고 최종 동의하세요. 연결 로그인은 최근 인증을 다시 요구할 수 있습니다.
After a successful protected request, cloud records and the Firebase account are deleted and this app's local records are cleared. This normally completes within minutes. / 보호된 삭제 요청이 성공하면 클라우드 기록과 Firebase 계정을 삭제하고 이 앱의 로컬 기록을 지웁니다. 통상 수분 내 완료됩니다.
Delete selected records without closing your account / 계정을 유지하고 일부 기록 삭제
You can delete individual records using the app's record menu while keeping your account. If you cannot access the app, email the support address below with the app name, the records you want deleted, and a note that you want to keep your account. We verify account ownership before deleting data. Linked photos are deleted with their record when supported; shared household records should be reviewed with other members before removal.
계정을 유지하려면 앱의 개별 기록 메뉴에서 삭제하세요. 앱을 사용할 수 없다면 아래 지원 이메일로 앱 이름, 삭제할 기록의 범위, “계정은 유지”라는 요청을 보내세요. 소유권을 확인한 뒤 해당 데이터를 삭제합니다. 사진이 연결된 기록은 해당 기능의 삭제 절차를 따르며, 공동 기록은 다른 구성원과 확인 후 삭제하세요.
For ad-removal purchases, a minimal store-verification audit record may remain to prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions. On account deletion, any stored app user ID is removed from this audit record; store transaction records remain subject to Google Play or Apple's retention rules.
광고 제거 구매는 중복·부정 거래 방지를 위한 최소한의 스토어 검증 기록이 남을 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 시 이 검증 기록에 저장된 앱 사용자 ID는 제거됩니다. 스토어 거래 기록은 Google Play 또는 Apple의 보관 정책을 따릅니다.
Web-request alternative / 웹 요청 대안
If the app is unavailable, email echobackshadowingkorean@gmail.com with the subject “PantryOrbit Account deletion request.” Include the app name, approximate last-use date, device OS, and the Google or Apple email only if it was linked. Do not send a password, verification code, or token. We may reply for reasonable account-ownership verification.
앱을 사용할 수 없다면 제목을 “PantryOrbit 계정 삭제 요청”으로 하여 echobackshadowingkorean@gmail.com으로 보내세요. 앱 이름, 대략적인 마지막 사용일, 기기 OS, 연결한 경우에만 Google 또는 Apple 이메일을 포함하세요. 비밀번호, 인증 코드, 토큰은 보내지 마세요. 합리적인 계정 소유 확인을 위해 회신을 요청할 수 있습니다.
Anonymous accounts may not be identifiable from an email alone. When ownership cannot be verified, we cannot delete another user's data; use the signed-in in-app flow whenever possible.
익명 계정은 이메일만으로 식별되지 않을 수 있습니다. 소유권을 확인할 수 없으면 다른 사용자의 데이터를 삭제할 수 없으므로 가능한 경우 로그인된 앱 안에서 삭제하세요.
What is deleted / 삭제되는 데이터
- The Firebase Authentication account and its app-specific identifier or linked profile association.
- All PantryOrbit cloud records under the account, including household inventory, quantities, expiry dates, values, and completion status.
- This app's on-device records when deletion is completed inside the app.
Firebase 인증 계정과 앱 식별자·연결 프로필 관계, 계정 아래의 생활 재고·수량·소비기한·수치·완료 상태 및 모든 클라우드 기록을 삭제합니다. 앱 안에서 완료한 경우 이 앱의 기기 내 기록도 삭제합니다.
What may remain / 남을 수 있는 데이터
- A web request cannot remotely erase data still stored on a device. After confirmation, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.
- Minimal security and operational logs or encrypted backups may remain for up to 30 days before automatic rotation and are not used to restore the account.
- Deletion correspondence may be retained for up to 90 days for request auditing and abuse prevention. Information legally required may be retained only for the required period.
- Deleting PantryOrbit does not delete a Google or Apple account, and those providers or Google AdMob retain data under their own policies.
웹 요청은 기기에 남은 로컬 데이터를 원격으로 지울 수 없으므로 완료 확인 후 앱 저장공간을 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하세요. 최소한의 보안·운영 로그 또는 암호화 백업은 자동 순환 전 최대 30일 남을 수 있고 계정 복원에 사용하지 않습니다. 삭제 요청 서신은 감사와 악용 방지를 위해 최대 90일 보관할 수 있으며, 법적 의무가 있는 정보는 필요한 기간에 한해 보관합니다. PantryOrbit 계정 삭제는 Google·Apple 계정 자체를 삭제하지 않습니다.
Processing time / 처리 기간
In-app deletion normally completes within minutes. A verified web request is processed within 7 calendar days; residual backups and logs expire within 30 days. We will notify the requester if legal or technical circumstances require more time.
앱 내 삭제는 통상 수분 내 완료됩니다. 본인 확인이 끝난 웹 요청은 7일 이내 처리하며 잔여 백업과 로그는 30일 이내 만료됩니다. 법률 또는 기술상 추가 시간이 필요하면 요청자에게 안내합니다.
